Mr LaMaster handled the legal work for the sale of my dental practice. I was favorably impressed with his work! In every instance, he was organized and on time with his part of the transaction. He worked to get a good deal for me, but was reasonable enough that fees were not driven up by petty squabb...ling. He kept the banks and the title company in line, ensuring a timely closing. My wife and I recently purchased a bar and leased the space that it's in. This of course involved signing several binding legal documents (that were poorly written by another law firm).
