I represent clients in all aspects of the divorce process including child custody, child support, parenting time agreements, visitation schedules, change of domicile petitions, post-judgment modifications to divorce settlements, spousal support (alimony) and division of marital property.

One of the most joyous parts of being a family law attorney is the opportunity to help clients build their loving families through adoption including Stepparent Adoption, Second-Parent Adoption, Domestic and International Adoption and Counseling Birth Parents.

Estate planning has become a large part of my practice as blended families after divorce need new estate plans. I have increased my education by completing the certificate in estate planning and probate through the Michigan continuing legal education department.

In addition to divorce and separation, I assist clients with post-judgement modifications to their settlements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, annulments, separations, Grandparents' Rights, and child emancipation claims.
