OUTCOME: Case Dismissed
Mr. Davis was charged with delivering large quantities of marijuana. Ms. Kelley was able to prove the police violated Mr. Davis' Constitutional Rights when they executed the search warrant. Therefore ... all the evidence was suppressed and the case was dismissed.
OUTCOME: No jail. Probation terminated
Prevailed at a violation of probation hearing where client was going to be sentenced to 93 days in jail
OUTCOME: Prevented felony criminal charges.
