As an estate planning attorney, I draft Wills, various Trust Agreements, Powers of Attorney and documents related to estate plans, such as deeds and assignments. While I have an office at which I can meet with clients, I am quite willing to make "house calls" for those clients who prefer that I come to them.

For those decedents whose estates are required to establish a probate estate, I commence probate, complete all necessary documentation for that probate proceeding, assist the personal representative in administering the estate, including communicating with estate beneficiaries, and close the estate when all matters have been completed.

I draft, review, revise and negotiate contracts and agreements for individuals and businesses pertaining to virtually any subject matter, including, but not limited to, asset and stock acquisitions and sales, severance agreements, prenuptial agreements and agreements for purchases and sales of real estate.
