Daniel B. Bain

I live in Colorado and had a hold on my license in Michigan for the last 10 years. I had literally done everything possible to get this resolved. I was referred to Mr. Bain by an attorney in Colorado. Mr. Bain got a hearing scheduled and prepared me perfectly for the hearing. The judge did not ask a ...single question that Mr. Bain had not told me would be asked. The hold was lifted and I had my license back immediately! His prices are reasonable, but his results are unbelievable!

My husband and I live in Florida, but when my husband was denied a passport due to an old misdemeanor fine, that was mistakenly listed as a felony, we needed a lawyer quick. I have never met Mr. Bain, but I felt as though he really cared about my husband and I, that I was in good hands, and could cease worrying it would be handled. I felt that he knew what he was about, and excellent, caring, efficient Attorney. I would recommend him in a heart beat.

I met him at his office and he fully explained my situation to me and gave me reasonable expectations as to what he thought the outcome of my case would be . I hired him , and though he was not the least expensive Attorney i consulted , his rates were fair and he was by no means the highest priced guy . When we walked in court it was obvious that the Court staff , other attorneys and the prosecutor knew this guy and liked him . He told me what our case strategy would be . Remember , he gave me reasonable expectations as to what would happen . He far exceeded those expectations when my case was DISMISSED !

This lawyer was very knowledgeable with my sons case and went over and beyond what I expected. Because of his ability we were able to lower the charge considerably. I always felt very confident with this lawyer and he was very easy to deal with and always keep me in the loop of things. I would hig...hly recommend this lawyer to anyone of my friends or family.
