I hired him for what should have been a simple and quick case. That was far from the truth with him! He first filled paperwork incorrectly and then kept getting my case dates dismissed without permission from me! He will tell you he’s working on your case but really isn’t. My case should have been se...ttled in a months time and it took a year! He will try to come off as your friend with casual chat but don’t fall for it! He will not file your paperwork in a timely manner and will ignore text or calls most of the time. He never appeared in court with me as he always said he had another case on those days. Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity on this man!

This guy does not know what he is doing, he is in way over his head. Does not file paper work correctly or in a timely manner. Allowed my ex to lie about her wages. Cost me valuable time with my kids. I could’ve and should’ve represented myself as I pointed out several things he did wrong. Every time... I tried to tell him about things he missed he just blew me off and didn’t answer the call or email. He is more worried about things outside of work than actually representing a paying client.

David told me his hourly rate was $100 per hour. In our first court date he called the judge "old", which made her angry. I switched lawyers and asked him for a statement of my account. I met with him 1 time, for about a half hour , and went to court with him once. I asked him for the statement f...or 5 months, and he finally sent it to me saying I owed him over $1,000.00, after already paying $1,000.00. He actually owed me money but tweaked the invoice to show $200 per hour, and more time than I had used with him.

David did not do anything I asked in a timely matter. He did not get my exes salary information before entering arbitration, which was requested by me multiple time. At arbitration she understated what she earned. By time I learned this it would have required more money to fix it. He was not ...capable of reviewing the written judgement to assure it matched the voice recorded judgement from the arbitration. Required me to review it multiple times.
