Edith Willenbrecht

From start to finish, on short notice and over the course of five days, Attorney Willenbrecht provided me with excellent, knowledgable advocacy for my court hearing. Of high value to me: she returned my initial call in an impressively timely manner, and she then took the time to listen, and listen we...ll, to all of my and my wife's concerns. She was open to convenient means of communication, and so via emails and further phone contacts, I was able to face my hearing well prepared and virtually stress free, with confidence and calmness. The judge's decision hasn't yet been made, but whatever the outcome, I know that Edith Willenbrecht gave me the best possibility for a positive outcome. I am thankful!

I hired Edith for a child support custody hearing. Let me say first & foremost that she is one of the most disorganized people I have ever met....for a lawyer that's not to reassuring. However she was really nice & reassured me we were going to be ok. My ex-wives lawyer subpoena my paychecks from ...my employer and saw how much I made. Edith told me we could do the same, and find out how much my ex-wife was actually making.....problem is she never did. Unfortunately her lawyers were prepared, while Edith was not. Let's just say by the end of it I even had to pay a portion of my ex-wife's lawyers, and I lost time with my kids. Edith didn't argue a thing, if anything she agreed with whatever they were asking for. Edith seems like a non-confrontational person, and for that I got screwed. I'm out a lot of money, she didn't argue anything that we spoke about. She basically sided with the other party. I would NEVER hire Edith, if you're thinking about hiring her just really do more research. I wish I would've.

So happy I found her. My cousin is a judge and recommended Ms. Willenbrecht to me because she practises in front of him alot. So after calling a bunch of lawyers on the list, she was available for my court date. Wow was she on the ball--and asked me questions. Anyway, she was pleasant and I never ...felt that I was bugging her even though i called her a lot because I was very nervous. Would recommend her to anybody. Just like the judge did.
