Hello, my name is Bruce Edwards; I am the founder of North Oakland Small Business Legal Services, PLLC.  Our focus as the name implies is small businesses legal needs.  Our capabilities run from business formation to succession planning.  Thus we have substantial experience in establishing entities, corporate litigation and business related estate planning.  I have a JD from the University Of Detroit School Of Law, an LLM in Corporate and Finance Law from Wayne State University Law School and a MBA from Eastern Michigan University in Finance.  Our firm has a depth of experience in business matters rarely found in smaller law firms.

By way of history, I have a rich experience with General Motors Corporation (GM) that includes in part helping to resolve the Oldsmobile Phase-out including negotiations and mediations in every corner of the United States.

Charles A. Zajac, who also was employed by GM as well, has an extensive history with Human Resource Development disputes as well as a broad range of courtroom experience from breach of contract actions to negligence matters.  Mr. Zajac has a JD from Michigan State School of Law.
