Biography
I have always been a champion for those who need a good lawyer but are afraid of the big fim mystique. I have a been a lawyer since 2002. I started doing bankruptcy because I could help people in need. I started doing criminal law because I wanted to help people protect their rights. I see a lot of people get representation that I didn't feel that the lawyer did his best. I do not promise to win every case, but I do promise to do my best, work hard, and care. My goal is to get the best possible outcome for my clients.
Over the years I have gained an insight into how to help my clients. I love going to trial, but most cases never go to trial. It is about knowing when to to litigate and when to negotiate. A lot of my clients become long term friends. that is important to me building that kind of trust.

a fine lawyer.
I had a creditor that was bothering and had to file for bankruptcy. After I filed the creditor continued . Doug was very aggressive and sued them. He always treated me like a friend. It felt good doing business with him . I would use him again.
