Biography
Neil Davis is the founder and lead attorney at the Davis Law Center, a firm dedicated solely to representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence or misconduct of others. Early in his career, Neil was struck by how unfairly insurance companies treated accident victims, denying valid claims and treating injured individuals with suspicion. This experience inspired his lifelong commitment to fighting for justice on behalf of the injured.
For over 3 decades, Neil has helped countless clients recover millions of dollars in compensation to support their recovery and rebuild their lives. He holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts and brings deep experience in a wide range of personal injury cases, including car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and workplace injuries.
Neil is an active member of the Michigan Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice—organizations devoted to protecting the rights of injury victims and preserving the civil jury system. Outside the office, Neil enjoys downhill skiing, golfing, walking his dog, and spending time outdoors with his family.
