Nahil Peter Antone

N. Peter Antone graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from the Detroit College of Law, currently Michigan State University School of Law, in 1985. He then practiced for three years with the well-known firm of Bodman, Longley & Dahling in Detroit, Michigan. In 1988, Mr. Antone started a practice specializing in all areas Immigration Law, and has since successfully represented major international corporations as well as families and individuals in various aspects of U.S. Immigration Law, both in the United States and abroad.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Antone is an adjunct professor of law at Michigan State University College of Law where he teaches the subject of Immigration and Nationality Law. He is also a frequent speaker on immigration issues and has participated in several seminars, public policy panels; business institute workshops, TV interviews, and various public events dealing with immigration matters.

Mr. Antone is rated by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory (a highly regarded lawyer-ranking company) as AV, which is the highest possible ranking given to an attorney for both competency and adherence to ethical standards. He is also listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law. In addition, he has been selected as a Top Lawyer by DBusiness magazine, based on a peer-review survey open to all area lawyers where thousands of votes are cast honoring excellence in the practice of law.

Mr. Antone has significant educational and work experiences that complement his legal practice. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Antone obtained a Bachelor's degree (with highest distinction), a Master's degree in Engineering, and he managed a consulting firm.  In addition, he has studied, done graduate work, and performed work in the fields of business administration, economics, and finance. He has worked and studied in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.

Mr. Antone is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a member of the Michigan Bar.
