They took my case, got their money and have not helped me since. I tried over and over to have them help me as I have needed medical care and the insurance company is not paying for it and they refuse to call me back or help me in any way. They got their % and that was it. I had to file a complaint w...ith the Bar Assoc. in order for them to FINALLY call back and then said oh, well we are no longer helping you since the case has been settled, even though they said they would sue the insurance company again on my behalf if they refused to pay for my medical bills. Now i sit with poor credit and a bad back thanks to these guys. Take the money and run was a cool song back in the day but not a way to do business.

I signed an agreement with Michael Kelman and his law firm in 2006. I have never received any information about my case. They never called to keep my updated on my case. I continously call them still and I still cannot get a callback or anyone to tell me anything about my case. This is not how you co...nduct a business and I am taking this matter up with the law board. I just want answers and I can never get thim. I am always getting the run around. If Scott the paralegal isn't saying they are always in court then Brian is always saying he will call me back. This ha been going on for almost four years and I still haven't gotten any results.
