At Raftery, Janeczek & Hoelscher, PC, we specialize in litigation. Most often we represent clients in insurance defense cases, as stated above. Some of our attorneys take on cases representing an injured party. Some of our attorneys take other kinds of cases on a very limited basis. I take some family law cases. Our lawyers try cases. We have all litigated cases in courts all over Michigan, at both the trial and appellate levels. We are the best at what we do.

I am an attorney with Raftery, Janeczek & Hoelscher, PC. Our firm does almost exclusively personal injury/insurance defense, both auto and home. I work on the premises liability side. I joined the firm three years ago. Prior to that, I devoted my entire practice to domestic relations law, specializing in high conflict and cases involving issues of parental alienation. I continue to practice family law-25-50% of my clients are family law clients, depending on the time.
