Work Visa Renewal Mishandled

I hired this attorney to handle the renewal of my work visa. I informed her in April that my visa would expire in October and asked her to begin the process well in advance. Unfortunately, despite multiple emails and follow-ups, my concerns were ignored for months. By early October, I became incre...asingly worried because I had received a promising job offer and still had no updates regarding my visa renewal. When I finally reached her by phone, I learned that the renewal process had not been properly handled. As a result, I lost my job opportunity and my legal ability to work. The consequences were severe. I spent five months without valid work authorization before my visa situation was finally resolved. This caused significant financial, professional, and emotional hardship for my family and me. What was most disappointing was not only the delay itself, but the lack of communication and responsiveness throughout the process. Clients trust immigration attorneys with matters that can have life-changing consequences, and in my experience, that trust was not honored. I cannot recommend this attorney based on my experience.
