Alison Faith Tomak

A semi truck hit me on the freeway and I had Michigan Auto Law represent me for my truck lawsuit. At first I had Jeff Bussell helping me. Jeff was awesome. As soon as I came in, he was calling me making sure I was okay. Then Alison handled the litigation. She was on time making sure I had everything ...I needed. I found Michigan Auto Law online. I figured with the name, they must have specialized in auto accidents. I contacted them because I was rear ended in a car accident and I lost four months of work. They responded immediately, and brought me in to go over the details of my case, and they took my case. ...I had Alison Duffy as my attorney. She accompanied me to several court appearances. My insurance company, whom I don't want to name, fought me tooth and nail and wouldn't pay my medical benefits - if it weren't for Alison making sure they paid them. As for my settlement, she went to bat for me and made sure I was getting what she was asking for. On top of fighting for me, she always cared about my well being.
