This case involved a sexual assault complaint on Michigan State University's campus. Claimant claimed that she said "stop" to the second sexual encounter of the evening. My client (respondent) adamantl ... y denied that the word "stop" ever came out of the claimant's mouth. After a year long process, we held the hearing and was able to question the claimant on many inconsistencies with her story. My client was looking at possible expulsion from MSU. He is now able to graduate and go on to do great things with his life! The case ended in a favorable outcome for my client and his family.
