Joseph H. Wener

With legal experience in both Canada and the U.S., Mr. Wener has practiced extensively in the area of commercial and residential real property transactions representing individuals, companies and lenders (buying/selling, leasing, financing, etc.).  His practice includes corporate and business law, with an emphasis on commercial transactions, as well as licensing, compliance and cross-border matters.
