Abraham Weberman

I signed a contigency contract with the Attorney Weberman who was a referral. I was never told how long this process was going to take and what to expect. I injured myself on the job in the year of 2008, after I exhausted all of my bank time. I had no medical insurance nor did I have any income. I ad...vise Attorney Weberman that I had to keep the mandated medical clinic visits that were required by my employer guidelines. This went on for over 2yrs. this department never offered me any other position within the department and never released me from those monthly medical visits. After submitting several request to Attorney Weberman to settle this case my claims from the hospital were rejected the therapy was rejected and I had a mound of bills for treatment that had to be paid. I had no insurance nor did I collect any unemployment, social security, nothing. I Drew my retirement savings to live on and to pay on these bills until this began to dwindle away. With my back to the wall I submitted an applications to the retirement department for a disability which was approved after 2yrs of this struggle with this workmans compensation case. Once I submitted my application my workmans compensation case was no longer enforceable. I was able to get some of those bills paid by the employer but the money I had to invest was gone.
