I paid John $5000.00 to represent me because of the knowledge he had of Michigan laws, and what he said he would do, but after he was paid he postponed my court date did not file a motion for a bail reduction like he said he would and went on a Vacation in Arizona. And when he got back from vacation ...he found something that would been a resin to dismiss the charges, but he didn't file a motion to dismiss, rather do that he told the prosecutor what he had found, so then her offer was one year in prison, and he told me if I didn't take I was looking at six years in prison, it was not till I got to prison and used the law library and learned Michigan laws, that there were three elements of the crime I was charged for and you needed to meet all three to be charged, John found I dint meet all three but he never filed a motion to dismiss, instead he told me you better take the deal are your looking at six years, I also found a case were the court of appeals upheld the dismissal of a case the same as mine, John was paid 5000.00 dollars found I should have not been charged but did nothing about it.and even let me go to prison,
