My intellectual property practice includes patents, trademarks, and copyrights. In litigation, I represent parties in trademark infringement cases, counterfeiting cases and false advertising cases, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cancelation and opposition proceedings, and in UDRP disputes (domain name disputes) as adopted by ICANN.

We create corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs). We draft operating agreements, bylaws, shareholders agreements, and buy-sell agreements.

We also draft private offering documents, including Reg. D offerings, employee profit sharing plans, subscription agreements and option agreements.
