A True Advocate for Justice

Going through fraud and dealing with debt collections because of it was an overwhelming experience. I spoke with over seven lawyers in my area, and none were helpful. If I hadn’t come across Brian’s videos, I wouldn’t have fully understood my situation or how to fight back. His videos and subscrip...tion service have been invaluable, but beyond that, he is an incredible mentor. Without any prior knowledge of law or legal terminology, his explanations made everything clear and actionable. He truly embodies what a lawyer should be—someone who fights for you, believes in you, and genuinely wants to help. Despite not practicing in my state, Brian consistently told me he didn’t want to take my money unfairly. Yet, to this day, he still responds to my texts and emails, offering guidance and support. It’s rare to find someone who is genuinely here for the people. Thanks to his teachings, I’ve learned so much and now have the knowledge to stand up against unjust debt collectors myself. If you’re struggling with similar issues, I can’t recommend Brian enough. His dedication and educational resources are truly life-changing.

Knowledgeable and Skilled Attorney

Brian was fantastic from beginning to end! Initially, I filled out the Free Case Evaluation form on his website and expected to hear from someone on his team in the coming days. To my surprise, I heard directly from Brian later that day. Brian took the time to listen to me and get all of the relevant... details, and spent time educating me on the situation and how it happened. Brian had experience fighting firms like the one that had threatened me with legal action and was quite familiar with their tactics. He agreed to take my case and reassured me that he would work hard for me and help me maneuver through this situation. Brian was always prompt in following up on phone calls and emails. He never passed em off to a colleague, and always patiently answered my questions. He was also very good at calling when relevant updates were available and when there was legal news surrounding similar cases that was worth sharing. I always felt secure after speaking with Brian because I knew he was fighting for me and his confidence was always evident. In the end, Brian was able to secure a victory for me in fighting against a huge firm that is known for intimidation and ruthless collection tactics. I would certainly recommend Brian Parker to anyone that is in need of a knowledgeable, and confident lawyer that isn't intimidated by the opposition.

Represented me in suing a company

I heard of Brian from a friend. I emailed Brian to have him review my case. He did not charge me anything upfront and told me he will get his fees from the company we are suing. He filed my case in Federal Court. His assistant sent me continuous emails keeping me updated on the progress we were makin...g. They sent me interrogatories from the Defendant. A week after I sent them back, we got a settlement. It took just under 60 days to settle. I received my statutory damages and Brian received his fees. If you call his office and leave a message, he will call you back. If you have a question, he will talk to you and answer it. Brian is a trustworthy and honest attorney who will only take your case if you actually have a case. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with a creditor, debt collector, identity theft, mortgage help. I have given him two more cases since then. I spoke with 5 attorneys before going to Brian and he was the only one who took the time to talk with me.
