Biography
In addition to maintaining a vigorous schedule as one of Michigan’s Premier Educators on Real Estate Law & Practice, Mr. Waller works with the law firm of Linnell & Associates, PLLC on an Of Counsel basis representing Real Estate Professionals and their Clients on various legal matters.
For 30 years, Jack has served the real estate and building professions. His accomplishments include: Licensed Real Estate Broker (since 1981); Attorney at Law (since 1987); Author of Michigan Real Estate Law & Practice (Michigan’s top real estate textbook); Author of numerous published articles; and Broker Policies & Procedures consultant.
He has also conducted hundreds of successful programs for private real estate companies and associations at the state and national levels on topics such as: Real Property Law; Contract Law; Fair Housing; Ethics and Professional Standards; Coninuing Education; and Broker, Salesperson and Builder License Training.
Mr. Waller’s professional knowledge and experience strengthens the firm’s existing real estate practice and significantly bolsters its ability to directly serve real estate professionals.
