Client was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. She was not involved in the accident and was being falsely accused as the driver of a vehicle. The police questioned her and attempted to use ... her statements against her. We held a trial where the police and witnesses testified as to the circumstances of the "accident." I cross examined the witnesses and police who admitted that none of them saw my client on the day of the incident.
