I contacted Mike in July to prepare an operating agreement for my company. He was nice enough when we met, but seemed somewhat overwhelmed with work. But, promised to get back with me within a week. I did not hear from him in a week, so I contacted him after 2 weeks. He said he had been busy, but wou...ld work on it and to give him additional time. Well, that turned into 2 months, so I contacted him again. This time, he did not seem to remember me or anything about our conversation in his office. I tried to refresh his memory, to which he replied that he would prepare it by the end of the next week. Well, the next week came and went, so I contacted him again. This time, he said he needed additional information and needed to meet again with me and my husband. I said I would call him the following Monday to set up a time to meet, which I did. I left him a voicemail and it has now been over a week with no call. Do not waste your time.
