Awful
Mr. Ketzler is the type of lawyer that makes lawyers look bad. He took over a year to complete my noncontested divorce. Doesn't return calls or messages.

Terrible communication! -do not use him
I used him for an mip charge and he never answered the phone when I called him and didn't get my charge reduced like he said he would. He was so hard to get a hold of and also ended up being more expensive than he originally quoted me.
