OUTCOME: Won on issue of personal jurisdiction

I represented Wife. Husband, currently residing in another state, objected to personal jurisdiction for purposes of a divorce action in Tennessee where wife resided. The issue was argued and briefed ... on whether the Husband's contacts and ties to Tennessee were sufficient for personal jurisdiction. The Court found that the Husband was subject to the jurisdiction of the Tennessee Court and denied Husband's motion to dismiss.
