BEWARE!!

John P. Russi took over $32,000 from us and than Lost our case that he said would be a easy win and only cost us around $5,000. Not did he only Lost our case it's why we Lost. John Russi perceeded to tell us we didn't get a fair hearing because in his words our case was "Fixed". Knowing we didn't... get a fair hearing we just thought Mr. Russi would go back into court automatically but we were Wrong. When we asked him why he wasn't going back into court his reply was he didn't want to take a chance of the Judge being mad. He said it could hurt any future cases he may have in front of the same judge. He cared more about his future cases then us his clients and if that wasn't enough he told us we still owe him $1,300 after paying him over $32,000. John Russi took so much more from us that we will continue to get our word out so no one else will go through what we did, not having an attorney that truly cares about his attorney oath. He cared more about himself and the money then us he broke his Fiduciary Oath to his clients. Everyone has a right to a fair hearing and he wasn't going to do anything to try and change it. Justice.....I'm not sure that exist anymore!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
