Great Work

I work at a local Sheriff Department and was injured in the line of duty. It was a very serious condition that almost took my life! After it was properly diagnosed, I bounced back quickly and returned to duty after 6 weeks. The physicians who initially evaluated me along with my family physicia...n felt the condition was a result of this work injury. The Worker’s Comp physician, who never physically evaluated me, felt otherwise and denied my case. I felt bullied by the insurance carrier as well as Michigan Worker’s Compensation Department. They told me no attorney would take my case because it was considered to be a small case. In fact, they said that my attorney fees would exceed a payout, if I won the case. They told me several times it would be best if I dropped the case. At first, I thought they were bluffing and trying to get me to forgo my rights. After calling multiple attorneys, I found it to be true. They all said it would cost too much to fight the case. At this point I felt hopeless and violated. I then decided to defend myself and my rights. I did this for a couple months until someone told me about Mr. Chad Franchy. I called Mr. Franchy and he immediately went to work. We reviewed the case and the documentation I had gathered and he felt he could help me. I found the following to be true about Mr. Franchy. *He put me at ease with his caring and professional demeanor. *He is very accessible and is quick to respond to calls and emails. *He is realistic in what he can do for you and doesn’t embellish or give false hope. *He is well versed on the laws and how it impacts his clients. If you find yourself in a position like I was, I would definitely give Mr. Franchy a call. He will straight shoot you and give it his all. Terry
