If you're looking for an attorney that will meet your wishes, Sarah Atkinson is very professional and highly educated in the law areas. When I was incarcerated she came to see me in person when needed and also was available by phone each time I called from the jail. That's enough to tell you how dedi...cated she is which is very hard to find. I was facing some time and she did a wonderful job negotiating with the witness, prosecutor and the judge to set me free from imprisonment which was my first time. I admit she can be a bit intimidating but that's because she knows her job, an indeed strong woman. I like to also add she didn't judge me for my jail time, appearance nor the crime I committed in fact she encouraged me to pray and stay focused. During the time I couldn't contact Sarah during lockdown time in the county jail. She stayed in touch faithfully with my Mother so I always had that connection reminding me that she was in my corner. Sarah got me a great deal and was able to lower my charges to the bare minimum. Job well done!!! I'm not ashamed to admit this but I do have a mental problem and she got me into the mental court in which they accepted my application and decided to help me instead of locking me away. If you need an attorney that will fight till the end look no further she is "With you" those were her very words she'd tell me so I'd have no doubt. Sarah Atkinson rocks!!

We believed that our apartment complex was in breach of contract, so we hired Sarah to help us out. Sarah encouraged us to take pictures of the hazards, save emails and maintenance requests, and get any agreements with our complex signed and dated. She spoke to us about the likely outcomes of differe...nt situations. For example, although we had grounds for not paying our move out fee, Sarah told us that going to court would be a long, expensive process and judges don't typically rule in the tenant's favor. Instead, she called and met twice with the property manager and got us out of $1000 in fees. She used the evidence she asked from us and didn't go in too aggressively, which helped us maintain good terms with management during our move out. Sarah is fantastic at communication, very knowledgable, tactful, and great at negotiation. Would recommend!
