Pamela-Denise Mack

Pamela-Denise Mack is the founding and managing member of the firm The Mack Law Group, PLC. Pamela concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate/commercial transactions and legacy planning. She provides counsel and advice to businesses, business owners, and their families.

Pamela is admitted to practice in the state of Michigan. Prior to founding the firm, Ms. Mack served as Senior Legal Counsel for RGIS, LLC, a Blackstone Group company, with operations in over 40 countries, with over 20,000 employees worldwide. She managed all matters relating to data privacy, contracts, and compliance. She oversaw and negotiated multi-million-dollar vendor service, manufacturing and IT agreements. During her tenure, she developed the corporation’s data privacy policies and protocols, and managed its Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance function.

Prior to joining RGIS, she served as Senior Legal Counsel for Kmart Corporation’s Real Estate Division, where she was responsible for overseeing and negotiating properties within Kmart’s lucrative real estate leasehold portfolio, yielding over $2 million in revenue. Ms. Mack was selected to join the Real Estate team after a standout performance as an attorney on company’s bankruptcy team.

Pamela started her professional legal career as a Research Attorney with the Michigan Court of Appeals, followed by a stint as the Vice President for Legal Compliance with the firm Quince Moore & Associates. There she provided advice and counsel to local municipalities on employment and labor related issues.

Pamela brings the breadth of this knowledge and expertise to the Firm’s small and high dollar value business clients and their families.

Pamela earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Detroit; and her Juris Doctor Degree from Wayne State University. She is the recent graduate of the SBA Emerging Leaders Program and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. She has been a guest lecturer for the Society of Human Resources Manager (SHRM), NASA, The Michigan Municipal League, The American Society of Employers, International Personnel Management Association, and an adjunct professor for Schoolcraft College.

She has been a featured executive in Corp! Business Magazine, and is a past recipient of the New Business of the Year Award from the National Association of Black Accountants. She was recently featured as a guest on PBS American Black Journal and WDET’s Homeroom.
