Alice was extremely well organized and thorough. She asked the right questions to understand our preferences and goals and explained things clearly (although the amount of information embedded in a trust restatement and its accompanying arrangements is always a bit overwhelming). She provided all the... forms and follow-up details we needed and repeatedly asked if we had any questions. We did not feel rushed, either at the planning meeting or at the signing meeting.
