Abandoned me, kept my retainer, would not return files
I hired Mr. Burg In November, 2018. On February, 2019, he quit returning calls and missed a deadline for filing a lawsuit. Despite a certified letter and several calls he refused to return documents or refund my retainer. I have hired another attorney and am suing him to retrieve needed documents ...
