Best Kept secret in Law

Attorney hired to design and implement complex business-contract transaction (corporate acquisition valued in excess of $100 Million Dollars). Project took 4 months and Mr. Kanter worked with one of the largest firms in the country representing the acquiring entity (we were the company being acquired...).
