Robert B. Goldi is an attorney practicing in the Detroit office of Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C. Mr. Goldi is a graduate of the Wayne State University Law School (cum laude) and Michigan State University (B.A. Finance, with honors). He serves as the Practice Group Leader of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group.
Mr. Goldi has extensive experience representing both providers and users of capital on a broad variety of commercial and structured matters, including secured transactions and bank loan and credit agreements. His practice includes leveraged and single investor leasing, securitizations and other structured financings.
Mr. Goldi actively represents banks and other financial service providers with general corporate matters, loan documentation/review, workouts, consultation, acquisition and disposition of accounts, loan and lease portfolios and compliance with a broad range of Financial Service Laws and Regulations.
