The worst experience ever

So my family and I were in desperate needs of a family attorney and found Chris droulliard. At first he was telling me and my fiancé all the things we wanted to hear. When it was time for court things got ugly even though we paid for his services to defend our family! He was very rude and short, he c...ut me off when I would try to talk and explain what was going on in the case. HE WENT AS FAR AS SHOWING UP TO COURT AND SLANDERING MY NAME ACROSS THE COURTROOM WHEN I DIDNT ASK FOR HIS SERVICES AGAIN! He kept hounding me for more money and I got absolutely NO results from this guy. I wouldn’t recommend him to save your life. That is all… thank you.

No reviews since 2018? What does that tell you?

I had a case that was such a slam-dunk, I didn’t think I needed a particularly good one, plus, the attorney representing the other side had passed the bar less than a year prior. I hired this guy out of the phone book because I believed his Advertisements, but have since learned that this “30” years ...in practice fighting CPS was a bit misleading. After meeting with him and explaining my case and providing the documents that proved my custody had been already decided by a different judge, he did not contribute one word for the year it took for him to bleed my family to death. I was his only client during that year, but he had no interest in doing his job, not even one word! As I was leaving Court one day I heard him say to the attorney for the other side, laughing, “You’ll see, after awhile you realize that either way., we’ll still get paid.” Let him go with an emergency writ under the circumstances in less than one hour. He may have been OK 12 years ago when his last review dates were written, but he wasn’t even professional when we spoke - always eating loudly into the phone. He’s probably going to retire soon anyway, but I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere.

$$$$$$$

I was a desperate man. I was having an affair and fighting daily and called cps on my wife. I had no idea how serious it would get. My wife was innocent and had never more than spanked our child. The investigation took a turn for the worst with cps digging deep and twisting things. I hired Chris and... immediately was asked for a 5k retainer. Chris met with cps and it was then determined a case would be started. 10k was the next dollar amount to proceed. I was desperately wanting this to go away so I dug up every penny I had now 15k in debt. Before we had our next cps meeting I received a call from Chris I would need another 5k to proceed. Chris ended up getting 20k from me for a case that never went to court. I was truly taken advantage of in a desperate time. He was a good lawyer don't get me wrong but he makes fees as he goes along so be prepared.

reinstatement of license and others

I called Chris Drouillard for a price and he quoted me at $1500 which I declined. He called me back within 5 min and said "I'll do you for 1000", sounding unprofessional and desperate. I made a BIG MISTAKE and hired him. When I met with him he asked for the money immediately and feeling pressured, ...I payed. After that he had free reign to be short with me. He asked me few questions, was very short with me then acted in a hurry and booted me out within 15 min. I'm quite sure he wasn't busy with work when he practically begged me to hire him in the first place. He barely let me talk at all! He got what he needed and insisted that the next time we me was at the trial. Now I don't have much experience with lawyers but the two that I've had, and based on other peoples experience, I realized I was getting hustled. Too late. He showed up looking hung over with a beat up briefcase. Of course he had no defense because he never heard me out and knew nothing about me. His closing argument sounded like that of a high school speech class. He stuttered and stammered and there was nothing I could do at that point. After the trial he wanted to hear nothing from me. I had a lot to say and he actually said "don't talk" in a cocky manner!. I told him the results weeks later which he could care less about. I said "that's it?" and said that I would leave a review about our experience. I didn't even have to tell him I thought it was a horrible job...he knew. He threatened immediately that he would turn around and call me a drunk liar and disseminate information about my case! He even said he would sue me for slander!!! But he knows that's not possible because I'm telling the truth and if you're reading this review then you know that never happened! He doesn't do his job and just tries to get your money; then it's too late. I'm trying to help those who were in my situation to know that there are people like this out there and to be careful.
