My case began early last year as a marijuana charge. Blake had review the discovery packet and took my case. He set up a payment plan with me which made it easier to pay. One of Blake's tactics is to adjourn the case to gain full comprehension of the material. After 6 months, the case was dismissed a...s he found an issue of law with the initial stop of the police officers. For an officer to have probable cause, there must be suspicious behavior. The probable cause stated in this case was shutting off a dome light in the vehicle (I believe it was racial profiling). Blake filed a motion to dismiss and won the case. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney. Since then, I have used him in additional cases and recommended him to others.
