Stephanie P. Ottenwess

Stephanie P. Ottenwess is the Managing Partner of Ottenwess Law - a medical malpractice defense and healthcare transactions law firm. Ms. Ottenwess practices in all areas of healthcare law, providing counsel to clients in transactional matters; healthcare litigation; compliance; fraud and abuse; reimbursement matters; electronic medical records and meaningful use; and, third party payor audit appeals. She also specializes in legal issues impacting provider and supplier enrollment and devotes a portion of her practice to counseling radiology group practices in the area of teleradiology. Ms. Ottenwess is also an experienced litigator and appellate practitioner. Since 1994, she had successfully defended major healthcare institutions and practice groups as well as individual practitioners in State and Federal Courts, including the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
