Paul M. Mersino

I am a member of my firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group where I represent public and private companies, both as plaintiff’s attorney and defendant’s attorney, in a number of areas including complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, construction litigation, non-compete disputes, automotive supplier disputes, and landlord-tenant disputes.

I assist clients in drafting, reviewing, updating, and strengthening contracts and agreements. I have drafted general terms and conditions, rental agreements, employment agreements, clickthrough agreements, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, construction agreements, landlord-tenant agreements and leases, and numerous other types of contracts and agreements.

I have assisted clients in appeals in state court as well as federal court, and am admitted to the 6th Circtuit Court of Appeals as well as every level of court in the State of Michigan. I have worked on Appeals in construction cases, insurance cases, breach of contract cases, and other areas.
