Biography
Keith Wright is an associate principal in the firm’s Detroit office. Since joining the firm, Mr. Wright has concentrated his practice on health care business transactions and regulation, tax exemption law medical staffing issues, commercial issues, and commercial litigation. Mr. Wright has done extensive work on accountable care organizations, peer review processes and IRS conflict of interest policy and rules in hospital setting.
Mr. Wright was named a Rising Star in 2013 and 2014 by Super Lawyers. Rising Stars are attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or those who have practiced for ten years or less. Only 2.5 percent of Michigan lawyers are named to this list every year.
He received his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School where he served as an associate editor for the Law Review. Mr. Wright also holds an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy and a B.S. in Finance from Wayne State University. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and Nevada courts.
Mr. Wright is also active in several professional organizations and has presented and published articles on legal issues facing the healthcare industry.
