They have you go through a whole process just to not use the documentation you put in your case and then you get a barely qualified and incompetent referee named Diane Biggar who just wants to get to the next case, so she rushes through her cases and is biased to mom, no matter how absent or incompetent mom is. I really have nothing good to say about this woman or the 3rdcc at all.
