Man in charge

Mr Innis got me though some rough times dealing with my ex-wife!! He was diligent and ready for every situation thrown at me from my wife’s attorney. He would contact me with any new changes and explained what will happen and what my choices are!! I thank him for getting me though the roughest time ...I’ve ever experience!!

Lawyer used Mal Practice as a defense

I would not recommend Mr.Innnis. He handled a divorce for me and refused to complete the case, give me a file or issue one invoice to indicate what I was paying him for. I had to hire another attorney to finish the work that he refused to do. He did some things so inefficiently that it cost me additi...onal funds. He never had to worry about being paid. I paid him every month for two years in the sums of $500.00 to $1,500.00. He blocked contact with me while I was still sending him money. I finally filed a breach of contract law suit against him but, I lost because he argued that it was a Mal Practice case as opposed to a breach of contract. The Attorney Grievance Conmission had advised me of the same. Mr. Inniss is not only deceitful and dishonest, I have witnessed him act disrespectfully and angrily in a court of law. He appears to lack self- control and has what appear to be anger issues. . Upon visiting his office on several occasions, it was always in disarray. He often had other clients information spread on his desk in clear view. He always had to search for whatever he needed to discuss with me. He lied to the Attorney Grievance Commusdion about me and my case. When I wrote a rebuttal with proof of his lies, they advised me that it appeared to be a Mal Practice case as opposed to something that they would handle. When an attorney suggests that there is an issue of Mal Practice with him as opposed to treating his client fair and just, says a lot about him and his character. He cashed every check that I sent to him and never had any reason to complain about being paid. Two different attorneys told me that I had a very starting Mal Practice case, one offered to represent me free of charge because he was so offended by what Mr. Inniss did. He said that he was the type of attorney who gives all attorneys’ bad reputations. There was absolutely no reason for Mr. Inniss to handle my case the way that he did, unless he is a man without honor, self-respect, respect for his profession the clients who trust him. I am writing this because I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to him. I am not angry. I am disappointed that I had such poor judgement in character. I am extremely upset because this young man with so much potential suggested that he should have been sued for Mal Practice as opposed to performing his obligations to clients in an up standing manner. It is my belief that he does need some medical attention and I hope he recognizes that before he ruins his career.

Strong recommendation to hire

Hiring Todd was the best decision I've ever made. Through difficult times, he was always available no matter the day or time to answer questions and give his advice. Without him, it would have been difficult to persevere though the custody case.
