Up front and honest.
My initial lawyer got sick and had to pass my case onto McKeen associates. I was not disappointed. From day one they told me my case was a difficult one to handle and they would do their best. "Mr. McKeen is, without question, Michigan's best Medical Malpractice attorney. He has demonstrated amazing talent in several complex legal matters. He has extensive knowledge of the law and his experience proves its value daily. He shows great subtlety of thought and analysis, which are two characteristics that I believe to be critical for a successful attorney. He is personable and has an upstanding moral character. He is prudent, thorough, clear and articulate. I believe that Mr. McKeen practices in one of the most analytically challenging areas of the law and he unequivocally grasps the requisite discipline, evidenced by his incredible success in the courtroom. I unhesitatingly endorse him."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have the pleasure of working with Brian and his clients on matters that involve special needs planning. Not only does Brian and his staff care about their client during the pending litigation but they also continue to care about the clients once the matter has concluded. There have been several occasions when Brain and his staff have gone above and beyond for their client and the client’s family to assist them and assure them an improved quality of life. Brian makes a difference for his clients."
"Attorney Brian McKeen is one of the country's finest medical malpractice lawyers. He is a passionate lawyer, and his experience and education in the field of medical negligence law enable him to give his clients outstanding advocacy. I worked on a complex birth injury case with him, and was extremely impressed with his abilities."
