Great record! Too bad she maintains it by refusing to secure justice for cases she THINKS she can't win. Ms. Andrea Hutting is my APA (Assisting Prosecutor Attorney). I was raped when I was a little girl from the age of 3 or 4 to the age of 10 by this guy at church. I am 15 now and I finally got ...the courage and told my family last year. Before school started she closed my case. I was very upset. I finally had the strength to talk to her about it today. She said that no matter what I say to her she's not going to open my case because she wouldn't be able to win this one. She didn't really want to hear what I had to say. I felt that she just wanted me to get over it. As an APA, if she THINKS she's not going to win, she will just give up and drop your case. So my rapist is still out there doing whatever. She really hurt my feelings today. I pray to God that she will change and be better.
