Michael is admitted to practice law in the states of California & Michigan and is permitted by the Law Society of Upper Canada to provide U.S. legal services in Ontario as a Foreign Legal Consultant. Prior to establishing Ingenuity Counsel in 2012, Michael practiced law in the United States for more than 10 years in California, Michigan and Florida.
