Not an Immigration question, but anyone can sue anyone if they have the filing fee. I would request a consult with a litigator.
I was granted asylum by the IJ. DHS appealed. BIA dismissed DHS's appeal. What next now that BIA confirmed the IJ granting me.

We need more info to answer your question property. Your ex-BF would have had an attorney, whether private or PD, so you should speak to him/her.
