We hired Bill to work my husband’s DUI case. We had hired another guy who seemed timid and afraid of the court system, Bill was the total opposite. He came out the gate swinging and getting things done. We live in Texas and were being told that my husband had 14 days to turn himself in or be found in... contempt. Bill went to the judge and handled this himself. My husband did not have to turn himself into the court. When the trial date arrived, we noticed that my husband’s name was not on the docket. The prosecuting attorneys office had dismissed the case but did not make anyone else aware of that fact. Not Guilty of OWI second offence; that is what Bill’s skill and hard work produced for me.
