Biography
Samantha S. Smith is an alumni of Michigan State University and Wayne State University Law School. She received her J.D. from Wayne State University in May of 2008. She was admitted to practice law in the state of Michigan in November 2008. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Eastern District of Michigan. Additionally, she is an active participant in the Federal Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Samantha spent over two years working for an esteemed Detroit Attorney in the area of Plaintiff's side Personal Injury litigation and Construction Accident Litigation. She also worked for a Southfield firm in the area of No-Fault Litigation. Since founding The Smith Law Offices, P.C., Samantha has focused mainly in Bankruptcy Litigation. Additionally, she has expanded her areas of practice to include Criminal Defense, Family Law; divorce, child support and custody issues and Probate work; will drafting and execution of estates.
Samantha looks forward to growing her practice and her family in the great state of Michigan.
