He "mediated" my divorce about as fairly as someone who would allow 1side to blackmail the other, not take into consideration the cognitive ability of one or both parties to consent, And not requiring one half to FOLLOW the original order could possibly do so. So not at all. Guess his fee was well ...earned... let's see if my ex actually ever pays him.

This man is not reliable, he conducts mediation, takes notes and then when he has to make his recommendation everything that was previously discussed gets lost in translation. He has difficulty remembering facts, dates, and times that are very important to the case. When you ask for clarification on... ambiguous texts in his recommendation he does not respond. It appears that he often takes sides and once he does he will never- no matter what you say or prove see the opposite side. My advice to anyone thinking of using this man is to stay away, far away. He is incompetent and for the benefit of his clients and all future clients he should retire.

This lawyer is not thorough. He did my mediation and there was things discussed and that I thought were taken care of and left out of the settlement agreement. After research of how a mediation takes place, mine was not done right at all. He takes no responsibility for his mistakes and does not corre...ct them. I would not use him as a lawyer or have him mediate a settlement due to him leaving stuff out that you think is settled which could cause you problems later.
