Former judge recognized as a dedicated, respectful and honest public servant who consistently demonstrates the highest level of integrity.  Brings a thorough knowledge and understanding of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of federal and state government, including relevant federal, state, and local laws, procedural and administrative rules and regulations, canons of statutory construction, and methods of investigating the history of legislative enactments. 

 Experienced in dealing with a diverse section of the legal and governmental community, including the bench, bar, academia, bar associations, government agencies, legislators and their staff, media, and general public. Proven ability to communicate effectively, resolve disputes efficiently, and manage resources economically.   Unique qualifications and experience include serving as an elected judge for 6 years and court administrator for 13 years in addition to maintaining a general law practice for 17 years.
