Penny has been absolutely amazing dealing with my complicated custody case. Not only was she patient with our constant need to return to court but she was always on top of every last detail, always prepared to fight for my child and had contingency plans for our contingency plans. She was well resear...ched and made sure to double/triple check our options as we continued the process. Custody cases and messy and emotional and just plan hard and Penny was always patient and kind in keeping me calm and focused while standing firm in the court room. She has always and still does put our safety first and even though we have moved out of state, she still helps to guide me if and when I have questions and concerns finding representation moving forward. I feel fully supported and not being able to have her as my lawyer is the only downside to our move. Penny truly cares about her clients and I couldn’t be more thankful for what she has done to protect my kiddo and myself!
